Ms. Sribumrungsart was appointed as the Country HR Lead at Microsoft (Thailand) in January, 2013. Her major responsibility is to drive Global & Country HR Strategies to ensure Organization & People Roadmap supporting growth strategies for Microsoft in Thailand. Her mission is to lead Microsoft Thailand to become “A Great IT Company to Work” and support the journey for Microsoft Thailand’s vision ‘We Make 70 Million Lives Better’ which includes the engagement whereby Microsoft can help strengthen the capability of people in our community via our enabling technology. Ms. Sribumrungsart has more than 21 years of extensive HR experience from diverse business sectors including Telecommunications (Nokia Siemens Networks Co. Ltd), International Banking (Standard Chartered; Bangkok Bank), Consumer Products (L’Oreal Thailand), Professional Services (Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu Jaiyos), Upstream Hot Roll Coil Manufacturing ( Sahariviya Steel Industries Plc) and Outsourcing &Recruitment (Adecco). Prior to joining Microsoft, she was Head of HR, Sub Region Asia North in Nokia Siemens Networks overseeing 5 countries (Thailand, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia) and leading the ramp up for South Korea Subsidiary as new market. Ms. Sribumrungsart holds a BA in English Literature from Thammasat University and Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from SASIN Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
