Dr. Kannika Sajjaphan is Deputy Head of the Soil Science Department at the Faculty of Agriculture at Kasetsart University. She is an expert in Breeding technology, Applied Sciences, Environmental Microbiology, Biodegradation, and Bioremediation of Toxic Organic Compounds. Dr. Kannika obtained her Ph.D. in Soil Science at the University of Minnesota, U.S.A. Her researches focus on Environmental Biotechnology, Beneficial Microbes in Agriculture, Biodiversity of Soil Population, Biodegradation and Bioremediation, Soil Organic Matter and Organic Fertilizer. She has published a number of researches including Environmental Fate of Oxytetracycline in Shrimp Aquaculture.
