Kunwadee Kaewka Ph.D. is a lecturer in Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Natural Resource and Agricultural Industry, Kasetsart University, Thailand. Her expertise is in enzymes in food, bioactive compounds from natural extracts, anti-enzymatic browning agents from plant extract and rice utilization. Some of her notable published journals are; Effect of sugar addition on odor characteristics of acid hydrolyzed rice bran protein concentrate (2007); and Odor characteristics of flavorings from rice bran protein concentrate prepared by acid hydrolysis combine with adding amino acid (2008).
